Great experience with Tim and his team. From initial inquiry about removing a hot tub to removal was about 18 hours.

The only days I have off are weekends. I called this family-owned company on a Sunday at 6 p.m. The owner answered my call! Most companies don't answer and, if they do, it is with attitude. They didn't care that it was a weekend or a late call.
