Easy, prompt response, great service! I am a snowbird and our fridge stopped working while away. Food had gone bad and the unit needed to be removed. Tim was responsive and co ordinated the timing with my brother who was in town. Problem was resolved quickly and at a very fair and reasonable price. What a relief!
